Dear Guests,

Protecting the health and safety of our visitors and staff is the highest priority. We have established protocols to ensure our cottage will be sanitized after the departure of each guest.

Please check the latest NSW Government COVID-19 Updates on a regular basis and stay aware of the current rules and restrictions. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms do not visit. Stay home and get tested.

People in Local Government Areas (LGA's) under stay at home restrictions are advised not to leave their homes unless it is for essential reasons.

From the 11th of October 2021 travel holidays between regional LGA's are permitted for fully vaccinated people if they are not under stay at home restrictions.

"All guests must carry evidence of their double vaccination and produce the evidence if requested"

If you are unsure of restrictions in your LGA, please contact NSW Health.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID

If borders or regions are closed and you are unable to travel to Depot Beach Cottages the normal cancellation terms will be waived and there will only be a 10% administration fee.

Deposits

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a payment.

Christmas/New Year bookings require full payment 60 days prior to arrival.

All other bookings payable in full at time of booking.

Security deposit policy

If Cottages are left in an unreasonably dirty condition a fee of $150 will be charged to your Credit Card.

Any damage to the cottage or its contents will be charged to your Credit Card.

Cancellations & refunds

No refunds for early departures. Time contracted shall be paid.

December/January school holidays - no refunds for cancellations after 30 September.

All other times

  • 0 - 14 days: no refund
  • 15 - 30 days: 50% refund
  • 31 or more days: 75% refund
