TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL

  1. NUMBER of GUESTS
    • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation.
  2. NOISE
    • Guests and visitors must not create noise which is offensive to residents of neighbouring properties especially between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am.
  3. OFFENSIVE NOISE
    • Is prohibited and may result in termination of booking, eviction, loss of rental paid.
  4. VISITORS
    • Guests are responsible for any visitors. Only the number of guests booked into the cottage are permitted to stay overnight. Guests are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with these rules.
  5. GATHERINGS OR FUNCTIONS
    • Permitted if the management have been notified prior to booking. No "schoolies" groups are allowed. Any gathering, celebration or entertainment must comply with the house rules.
  6. PARKING
    • Please show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.
  7. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
    • Guests and visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins (red for garbage and yellow for recycled rubbish). The bin area is at the back of the property and is sign posted.
  8. SECURITY
    • Whenever you are absent from the property, lock up and close all windows. To prevent rain and water damage. Turn off heater and fan.
  9. DECK AND BALCONY AREAS
    • The deck and balcony area is not secure. Management is not responsible for any loss of valuables left in these areas. Do not Leave any food or garbage in these areas at night as this will attract possums who will make a considerable mess.
  10. SMOKING
    • Smoking is NOT permitted indoors.
  11. PETS
    • Pets are NOT permitted.
  12. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
    • Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Damages and breakages must be reported to Management and the cost will be negotiated and charged to your credit card.
  13. DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS
    • Check-out time is 10 am. Take out all rubbish, wash and dry dishes and put away and leave the cottage in a reasonable condition otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. These house rules are displayed in each cottage.

  15. COMPLIANCE
    • Breach of these house rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. The owner and manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to Evict from the property, guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or Cause a nuisance.
